Terms and Conditions of THE BEN GILBY-TODD MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
DETAILS OF SCHOLARSHIP
The Scholarship shall be known as the Ben Gilby-Todd Memorial Scholarship.
The number of Scholarships to be offered shall vary from year to year.
Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand and attend School
in the Waikato.
Each Ben Gilby-Todd Memorial Scholarship will have a maximum value of $500.00 each year.
The Scholarship shall be administered by the trustees of the Ben Gilby-Todd Memorial Trust.
The initial selection criteria will be based on
- Academic merit, Consistency at school
- Hockey sporting potential
- Financial hardship
- Proof of selection for a Waikato Hockey Representative “A” team
The Selection Panel will comprise of trustees of the Ben Gilby-Todd Memorial Trust.
The Selection Panel reserves the right to permanently or temporarily withhold payments of the Scholarship at any time should academic or hockey performance not be satisfactory.
Applications will be accepted for 2017 for Hatch and Collier A Representatives only and will close on;
Hatch A and Collier A , Close on the 8/09/2017 for 3rd October Tournament.
